Our Work Is Always a Joint Effort
Catena comes from Italian and means chain. We chose this name because we believe recruitment is a joint construction.
Our role is to be the link between companies and the right candidates. But a link doesn't work alone. Our process only truly works when there is exchange.
In recent weeks, this has been much in discussion here. We received briefs from some clients, searched for aligned profiles... and when the time came to deliver, we heard: "that's not quite it."
When we went back to understand what made sense and what didn't, we discovered a series of information that wasn't in the initial scope. It was only then, in the frank conversation, that the real profile emerged.
That's why we say recruitment is done hand in hand. Our work needs feedback, references, examples, and context.
Without that, the chances of making mistakes grow... and the company's time and money go along with it.
Client survey
During our acceleration at FGV Ventures, we surveyed clients who had already used Catena. The objective was to understand what they saw as our greatest differentiator.
The answer surprised us. More than 78% of respondents cited our close attention as the main differentiator. Ahead of agility (55%) and the quality of profiles delivered (75%).
This made us very happy and reinforced one thing: what sets us apart is not just what we deliver, but how we deliver it.
Today, more than 220 companies have hired through us. More than 600 professionals have been hired in joint processes.
With exchange, with listening, with course correction. And with a team that believes the best process isn't the one that tries to get it right the first time, but the one that learns fast and adjusts course.
